C102™ Team Manager/Team Member Teaming Agreement is intended to allow multiple or cross-disciplinary parties to form a team to provide services necessary to submit a proposal, in response to a solicitation, for a shared opportunity project.

This document also provides a framework for the team dynamic and the assignment of responsibilities, and is flexible enough to be used on virtually any project delivery model.
